Measure your head circumference at the widest point, i.e. over the ears. With the information below you can then see what size helmet will probably fit. Please note; this is an indication, helmet sizes vary by brand. A helmet should fit tight to the head, but should not press painfully. The inner lining of a helmet will shrink after a short period of wear, making a helmet a bit roomier.
