This is how to measure the right size (in cm):
Measure your head circumference at the widest point, i.e. over the ears. With the information below, you can then see what size helmet is likely to fit. Please note; this is an indication, helmet sizes vary from brand to brand. A helmet should fit tight to the head, but should not press painfully. The inner lining of a helmet will shrink after a short period of wear, making a helmet a little wider.
